In my role within the company, I thrive on challenges and continuous learning from the dynamic landscape of our industry. With 20 years of experience in Division 8, specializing in doors, frames, and hardware, I bring expertise and insights to the table.
My commitment extends beyond the office. I am deeply committed to my family, community, and service. I actively contribute to church security and ministry, reflecting my passion for making a difference. My hobbies include crafting knives, leatherwork, and woodworking, which showcase my attention to detail and craftsmanship.
My professional journey is a unique blend of experience and personal dedication. I’m not just about doors, frames, and hardware. My love for speed and precision extends beyond the office, evident in my projects on racecars, bikes, and anything that promises an adrenaline rush. This diverse range of skills and my zest for challenges make me a valuable asset, ready to tackle any project with enthusiasm and expertise.

With over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as General Manager at RJT Door. I thrive on the diverse challenges and solutions within our company, always seeking to provide exceptional service to our team members and clients.
Outside of work, I channel my creativity into designing and fabricating theme-based rooms and props, adding a touch of magic to spaces. I am deeply interested in new technology and electronics, especially setting up and programming smart homes.
Another aspect close to my heart is mentoring and giving back to the community. I believe in the power of mentorship and support, and I donate my time and carpentry skills to help the elderly and those in need. This commitment to mentorship extends to our team members, where I strive to provide guidance and support for their professional growth.
